The WOW factor is obvious as soon as you pull onto the double drive on this large corner plot with beautiful tropical plants. A convenient lock box means that the keys are already there for you, no trying to find somebody to hand them over. 

A spacious tiled hall leads to the relaxing lounge area with a large entertainment system and three sofas. There is FREE 24/7 UNLIMITED high speed wireless internet access so you can keep in touch with or just let friends know what a good time you are having. Of course there are complimentary local, national and international telephone calls so you can order that takeaway in for a quiet evening by the pool. 

The enormous master suite is downstairs with a massive bathroom with a corner bath and separate shower, cable TV and DVD give you a place to escape to for a bit of peace. The double doors open onto the large pool deck, so straight from bed into the pool!!

A walk in wardrobe provides masses of storage. 

A second downstairs twin bedroom has its own stylish shower room, basin and toilet so there is no fighting for the shower in the mornings. 

The American style kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker/stove, waste disposal, coffee maker, glasses, cookware, kitchen utensils, tea towels, etc. A breakfast bar with a couple if stools means you can sit and watch your meal being prepared. 

There is both a formal dining area and an informal area leading out to the pool deck. 

The large laundry room with washer and dryer mean an end to taking home dirty washing. Here is even an iron and board for your convenience. Towels and pool towels are provided leaving more room in your suitcase for all those souvenirs.  

Unwind in the uniquely decorated large games room with fooseball, air hockey, darts, a pool table and seating so teenagers and adults alike can have some fun or time apart. 

Upstairs features a lovely balcony view with a further three bedrooms – a second master with en-suite, cable tv, an Indian themed room and a fabulous triple bunk room themed around Disney with soft toys and games, your children will love this and have sweet dreams.

Outside is a private south-west facing heated pool and spa which is screened to keep out bugs but let in sun, and privacy fencing to prevent being overlooked. Luxury padded sunbeds mean you can relax and soak up that Florida sun. A covered lanai gives protection from the sun and an area to eat al fresco. 

To ensure children’s safety there is an alarmed fence so you need not worry about them running out into the pool when you’re not looking. Underwater mood lighting means you can use the pool into the evening.

Sunshine Dream is fully licensed and certified and our local property managers are excellent for solving any little needs that arise, for emergencies they are available 24/7 so rest assured you will have support.

As frequent visitors ourselves we keep the villa in excellent condition and our home has never been used by tour operators or guests with pets.
