These are prices for the home NOT per person.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking cost must accompany the booking form.
Cleaning charge for less than 5 nights is US$95
No minimum stay

Payment can be made by £/$ cash/cheque, wire transfer, banker's draft.
A credit card payment can be made through Pay Pal.
